This is where a decision gets written down: what I chose, what it cost, and whether it turned out to be wrong. Each one is filed under the project it came out of.
Everything here comes out of my own systems, on my own time, on machines I paid for. If it did not, it does not go here.
What does not go here.
- Anything I did not build, run, or pay for myself.
- Anything tied to a particular day. What is written here is supposed to still be true in a year, which is also why there is no date on it.
- Any number I cannot tell you the source of. That rule is in the software. It applies here too.
